Absolutely disgusting did everything asked to re register with the surgery have all details and forms of ID only to be told on the day of my appointment I needed to bring the forms that they had already kept I have an illness which I explained needed attention and a prescription to the attitude of I'd never have kept the forms for this I will register somewhere else disgusting service
